What this website collects
This is a static information website. It has no account registration, document upload or contact form. Its pages do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts and page assets are served with the site.
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and time of access, to deliver the website, diagnose failures and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us
If you email us, FinStat Inc. receives your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond, discuss an integration, provide support or handle your request. Please don’t send client financial records, passwords or access tokens by email.
Use, sharing and retention
We use website and correspondence information for the purposes described above. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting and communications providers may process it to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
We retain correspondence and technical records as needed for their purpose, our business relationship and applicable legal obligations. For questions about a particular record, contact us.
Using the product
This website notice does not replace the policy for accounts, documents or other information processed by the FinStat service. Footing uses that service. Review the FinStat Privacy Policy for the service’s processing, retention, international transfers and your rights, and the FinStat subprocessor list for its providers.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern, email support@finstat.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We’ll update this page and its date when this website’s practices change. Product privacy commitments remain in the service policy and your applicable agreement.
